Fee Guidelines
Surgical Fee

Where procedures are covered by medical insurance, every effort is made to construct the accounts in a manner acceptable to your insurance company. However, both companies and individual policies do vary considerably and so you are advised to contact your insurance company directly if you have any doubts as to your level of cover. Patients are asked to settle accounts directly and then reclaim them - if a shortfall does occur, the responsibility rests with the patient and not their insurers.

Most aesthetic surgery procedures are not covered by health insurance. Surgical and anaesthetic fees can be stated in advance and include all routine post operative care and visits.

Both King Edward VII's Hospital and The Wellington Hospital offer "package prices" which include all necessary hospital care – room, operating theatre, drugs, dressings, etc. so that the total of the proposed surgery would be known before it is carried out.
